When Does IPSY Ultimate Ship?

Drop seasons are in February, May, August, and November. In those months, IPSY Ultimate replaces your usual shipment—whether that’s IPSY Original or IPSY Extra. Heads-up: choosing Ultimate means your regular bag takes a break for that quarter.

What’s the Difference Between IPSY Original, Extra, and Ultimate?

• IPSY Original: 5 deluxe sample-sized products in a Glam Bag, $15/month, up to $70 value.

• IPSY Extra: 5 full-size products in an IPSY Drawstring Bag, $32/month, up to $200 value.

How Do I Join IPSY Ultimate?

Already an IPSY Original or IPSY Extra subscriber? Simply visit the Ultimate tab in your account and opt into the quarterly upgrade. If you’re new, start with a base plan, then level up once you’re in.

How Do You Choose Products?

We take care of the curation so you don’t have to. Each month, you’ll have a Build Your Box window from 12 p.m. PT on the 1st to 3 p.m. PT on the 3rd. You’ll find out the 5 IPSY Picks we’ve curated just for you (more on those below), then you choose the remaining 3 full-size products from a made-for-you assortment. Finally, you complete your box and have the option to shop incredible deals on Add-Ons‚ products.

How Are Products Picked for Me?

When Will I Be Able to Review My Products?

You can start reviewing your current products around the third week of every month. If you’re still loving something you received last cycle, we want to hear about it! You can revisit your products as far as five months back and review them.

What If My Box or Products Are Missing/Damaged?
